How Meera keeps your workspace private

This policy explains what information we collect when you use Meera, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

Overview

We only collect the data needed to deliver inbox automation and knowledge workflows. We never sell customer data, and we limit access to production systems to authorized personnel with logged approvals.

Information we collect

  • Account basics such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
  • Workspace configuration, labels, and preferences you create inside Meera.
  • Message metadata, content, and AI enrichments stored or processed through the inbox features.
  • Product telemetry (device type, browser version, time on page) captured with privacy-preserving analytics.

How we use your information

  • Authenticate users and secure access to workspace resources.
  • Deliver inbox actions, summaries, and AI suggestions based on your instructions.
  • Monitor service health, debug incidents, and improve product reliability.
  • Provide customer support and notify you about product changes relevant to your account.

Retention & deletion

Workspace content is retained while the subscription remains active. When you delete a message, we remove it from active storage within 30 days and purge backups within 90 days. You can request an export or deletion of your workspace data at any time.

Security practices

  • Encryption in transit via TLS 1.2+ and encryption at rest for core data stores.
  • Role-based access, least-privilege policies, and periodic access reviews.
  • Continuous monitoring, security logging, and third-party penetration testing.

Your choices

You can update your profile, configure retention rules, or revoke integrations from the workspace settings. To exercise privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks, email our team and we will respond within one business day.
